Onfinity Technologies (Interactive Flat Panel Division) is constantly growing and consequently we are in need of young talented people.

The candidate will be responsible for generating the revenue for the company, visit the client to explain and demonstrate the working and features of interactive panel (one of the educational product), manage payments by client timely and effectively, promote new business and maintain good relations with the existing client.

Location: Delhi, Jaipur, Dehradun, Mumbai, Bangalore, Lucknow, Chandigarh, Bhopal, Indore, Jalandhar

CTC - 12 Lac To 25 Lac LPA

Working days - 6 (Monday to Saturday)

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

Requirements

  • Meets regional sales objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
  • Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national objectives.
  • Maintains and expands customer base by building and maintaining rapport with key customers, and identifying new customer opportunities
  • Analyzing market trends and competitors activities in the region.
  • Ensuring highest level of employee’s relationship, motivation, amp; engagement to drive results and high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Promptly responding to customer requests.
  • Preparing budgets and analyzing the market.
  • Identifying and acquiring new customers, as well up-selling to existing customer bases across region.
  • Effectively managing and driving the sales cycle from prospection through to successful closure.
  • Developing amp; implementing sales strategies and plans to meet revenue goals.
  • Meeting amp; exceeding sales targets for the assigned territories.

Education, Experience

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field a plus
Experience using sales tracking software

Minimum 3-5 years of experienced in sales and management in same field.
