What you’ll do:
- Maintaining Accounting books, preparing Financial Statements, Management Reports, in compliance with accounting standards and RoundGlass policies and processes.
- Maintaining accounting control for Revenue recognition, AR, AP and FAR.
- Monthly closing of books as per Indian and USA GAAPs within timeline.
- Tracking actuals on monthly basis and Forecasting cash inflow and outflow.
- Co-ordination with Banks for payment processes.
- Statutory compliances.
- Co-ordination of Statutory Auditors; preparation of all relevant details / schedules and timely submitted to the auditors.
- Must adhere to timelines without any compromise in the quality of work.
Who we’re looking for:
- BS degree in Accounting, Additional qualification of CA Inter would be preferred.
- Should have 8-10 years (6-8 years in case of CA Inter) of excellent core accounting experience in fast paced reputed organizations.
- Excellent functional knowledge of accounting systems, processes, fund flow management and statutory compliances.
- Good knowledge of accounting in cloud-based ERP environment. Experience in accounting with NetSuite is preferable
- Must be good at crunching numbers amp; able to understand the impact of any transaction in number terms
- Adequate oral and written communication skills
- Flexibility, ability to adapt to needs of growing and changing environment
- Ability to work in ambiguous environment
- Flexible to working hours as per need of organization
- Sense of confidentiality and integrity
