Reveal Health Tech, an early-stage IT startup based out in the US and India, is seeking a Talent Acquisition specialist to join its team. As a Talent Acquisition specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing and attracting top talent to support the growth and expansion of our organization in the United States.

Reveal Health Tech is a company on a mission to help "reveal" the transformative potential of technology in delivering healthcare. As a Talent Acquisition specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying and hiring talented individuals who share our passion and vision.

• Develop and implement effective sourcing and recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
• Utilize various recruitment channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks
• Screen resumes and applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' fit for the organization
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and offer negotiations
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Stay up-to-date with best practices and trends in recruitment

Requirements

• Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
• 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
• Fantastic sourcing knowledge through Linkedin or any other platforms
• Complete understanding of end-end hiring in the US and India regions
• Experience using recruitment tools and platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
