Job Description

TBot Systems is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager specializing in IT Recruitment to join our team. As a Regional Sales Manager for IT Recruitment, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the IT recruitment services sector. Your primary focus will be on building and expanding our client base, establishing strong relationships with customers, and providing exceptional recruitment solutions.

In this role, you will collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client requirements and devise effective recruitment strategies. You will also manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and meet client expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the IT recruitment sector
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Work closely with the recruitment team to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve outstanding results
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
  • Prepare sales forecasts, track and analyze performance metrics, and provide regular reports to management

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in IT recruitment services
  • Prior experience in a managerial or leadership role, managing a team of sales professionals
  • Strong knowledge of the IT recruitment industry and understanding of recruitment processes
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
