Job Description

TBot Systems is seeking a highly skilled and result-oriented Business Development Manager with expertise in IT Recruitment to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow our client base, drive revenue growth, and meet sales targets in the IT recruitment industry.

As the Business Development Manager, you will identify new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with clients, and collaborate with our recruitment team to deliver exceptional hiring solutions. You will leverage your industry knowledge, networking skills, and sales acumen to secure new clients and position TBot Systems as a preferred IT recruitment partner.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT recruitment sector
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing customized solutions
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop effective hiring strategies and drive successful placements
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
  • Experience in business development and IT recruitment
  • Proven track record of generating new business and delivering sales results
  • Deep understanding of the IT recruitment industry, including knowledge of recruitment processes and techniques
  • Strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
