PF Act 1952 :
- Registration of employees under the scheme
- Processing/Maintaining of Form 11 amp; Declaration/Nomination form in Form 2.
- Maintaining of Various records under PF/Pension amp; EDLI Scheme such as Contribution Register.
- Preparation of Monthly PF Challan amp; ensure timely remittance.
- Preparing amp; Submission of IW Statement.
- Preparing amp; submission Form 5A.
- Maintaining of Inspection Book/Visit Book under the Act.
- Preparing amp; Submission of PF Withdrawal Claims, Death Claim, PF Transfer Claims amp; Advance for PF Claims.
- Resolve employee’s queries.
- Attending Assessment under the Act.
- Looking after Correspondence with the Regional PF Commissioner’s Office.
- Coordinating with the RPFC’s Office for expeditious settlement of employees claim.
ESIC Act 1948 :
- Registration of employees under the Regulation within the 10 days from employee joining date.
- Preparing of monthly ESIC Challan amp; ensure time remittance.
- Preparing amp; filing Half Yearly Return in Form 5.
- Maintaining Inspection Book/Visit Book under the Act.
- Maintaining Accident Register under the Act.
- Preparing amp; Submission of Form O1(A).
- Attending ESIC Inspection.
- Handling Correspondence with the Regional Director (ESIC).
- Solve employee’s queries.
PT Act 1075 amp; LWF Act 1953:
- Ensure timely remittance.
- Filling Monthly/yearly Returns.
- Provide information to the payroll team in case of changes in Slab.
- Attending the assessment under the Acts.
Maternity Act 1961:
- Maintained Form 10 on monthly basis under the Act.
- Filing Form 11 Annual Return.
- Statutory Bonus Act 1965:
- Maintained Bonus Register in Form C.
- Filing Annual Return in Form D.
- Co-ordinate with the Finance team for Form Aamp;B
Gratuity Act 1972:
- Submission of Notice Form A amp; Form B (in case of changes in Form A).
- Maintaining records of nomination forms in Form F.
Other Compliances:
- Maintain the records as per POSH Act 2013.
- Display Notice of Holiday in Form L in Samp;E Act.
- Display latest abstracts under various Acts.
- Submission of Notice u/r 62 (1) under minimum wages Act.
- Maintaining Inspection Book/Visit Book under various Acts.
- Maintain the records amp; provide the details to branches for client audit.
Requirements
Educational Qualification / Other Requirement:
- Any graduate or specialization in HR
- 2-4 years of experience in Statutory compliance
