I have worked on different modules of Field ServiceMax Management software like WorkOrder Management, Dispatching/Scheduling, ServiceMaintenance Contracts/Warranties, Checklists, Timesheets etc.
Worked as a Support Manager, where worked directly with multiple customers in providing solutions and troubleshooting complex production and live issues and track them to closure.
Almost 6 years into Field Service Engineering, with Salesforce, Mobility, Requirements Analysis. Strong Customer Service Professional with a Engineer’s Degree focused in Electronics & Communication.
