Job Description
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the management of TA Digital's delivery of one or multiple streams of work. This includes managing implementation teams in an on-shore/off-shore model, as well as multi-vendor and client delivery environments. The team may include Project Managers, Solutions Architects, Business Analysts, Implementation Consultants (Dev), UI and UX, and any other capability required for successful delivery. In addition to being delivery focused the Senior Project Manager is client focused, understands the business value to be delivered and aims to exceed customer expectations.
What You Will Do:
- Collaborate with client and TA Digital leadership on the activation of engagements to ensure programs are initiated correctly including on-boarding of team and off-boarding as required.
- Define, and execute against, processes for successful delivery of client projects.
- Manage internal delivery team members and client relationships in alignment with Delivery Director set objectives and success criteria.
- Works on assessing Scoping amp; Estimation and ensure validation from Director or Senior Director Delivery (Change Requests)
- Define and publish KPI, providing insight and status into program health.
- Serve as a key point of contact and liaison for cross-divisional teams, and TA Digital management.
- Oversee delivery on multiple practice areas to ensure process consistency and pivot as necessary, coordinate staffing requirements with Resource Managers and Practice leads.
- Support creation of resource requirements and pricing of new engagements or Change Requests with other teams within TA Digital for new business engagement.
- Holistically review accounts, identify areas of opportunity and gap resolution with Delivery Director
- Manage continuous process optimization.
- Ensure a cooperative environment between all parts involved in delivery including TA Digital, other vendors and client team.
- Identify, escalate, and proactively manage risks. Provide risks mitigations as well as business impact.
- Support monthly status meetings with client and quarterly business reviews including presentation of financials revenue, margins.
- Collaborate with Delivery Director to support account planning sessions.
Requirements
- Over 10+ years of experience in delivering web/digital experience projects in an on-shore/off-shore model
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customers, demonstrate a client centric approach to delivery.
- Excellent listening, people management, and presentation abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Over 5+ years of experience as project manager
- Experience in delivering digital strategy, content strategy, and customer experience projects.
- Experience managing site rebranding projects from design to delivery.
- Experience implementing and supporting digital marketing technologies like Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Sitecore, Drupal, Marketo, Analytics, Search, and web development.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders.
- Account Management experience is a plus but not required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or Marketing or equivalent experience
- PMP, Scrum master, Safe, agile certification
- Understanding of delivery methodologies and impact on delivery management approach Agile, Safe, Iterative, Waterfall
- Understand engagement types and impact on managing delivery Fixed Price, Capacity model, Time and Material, Staff augmentation
- Experience in managing teams size 30+
