About role:
The Test Manager will be responsible for managing the team of Testers and leading the delivery of testing for projects or multiple product areas covering all levels of testing including functional and non-functional testing.
Requirements
- It is essential to lead and manage diverse types of testing - System Testing, Systems Integration testing, Regression testing and UAT testing.
- Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming concepts and proven experience of creating and maintaining automation frameworks
- Knowledge of DevOps practice
Experience on below skills:
- Test Management
- Test Automation Planning and Management
- Selenium WebDriver
- Version control tools (SVN/Git/VSTS...)
- Functional Testing (Manual)
- Experience with test management tools and continuous integration tools is highly desirable
A day in the life
- You will be responsible for setting the Test Strategy, Planning and Estimating Test phases of responsible projects or products
- Taking lead for all test automation activities from initial planning and estimating, through to the delivery of the solution, providing expert testing input to the overall planning, estimating, monitoring and control of the delivery.
- Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts (medium as well as complex) using Civica Test Automation Framework (Selenium+C#+Specflow).
- Accountable to integrate the Automated scripts to be executed using integrated CI/CD pipeline.
- Mentoring, coaching and managing team of Testers.
