Job Description

The consultant will be responsible to serve 4 Consulting contracts in the areas of Sales, Marketing amp; HR with the help of a team of SMEs (subject matter experts), and he/she will be responsible to implement the scope of work agreed between Strivik and its clients. The implementation would require visiting the clients discussions, decisions, documentation, making of processes, SOPs, flow charts, periodic reviews, monthly reports, among other tasks.

Requirements

  • The Consultant has to serve 4 contracts a month in the areas Sales consulting, Marketing consulting amp; HR consulting with the help of SMEs based out of the Head Office.
  • The Consultant will be responsible for implementing the agreed Scope of Work between Strivik amp; Client at clients’ workplace.
  • The Consultant will be fully responsible for the decisions he/she will take on behalf of clients at clients’ place of work.
  • The Consultant will act as the head of the department for which the client has hired consultancy service. This includes handling the entire team of the respective department/area.
  • The consultant will be responsible for recruitment of the Head of Department on clients’ payroll at the client’s place of work with the help of Strivik’s HR department. He/She will also be responsible for grooming, training, developing and retaining the appointed head.
  • The Consultant will hold discussions with clients, identify amp; analyse the gaps and take major decisions, handle the documentation and create an execution plan for the agreed scope of work.
  • The consultant has to take the approval on execution plan from the client, principal consultant, SME before starting with its implementation.
  • The consultant will be responsible for making/writing processes, SOPs, flow charts and implementation of processes.
  • The consultant will be responsible to undertake periodic reviews at client’s workplace and prepare and issue the Minutes of Meeting (MOM) to clients,
  • prepare monthly reports and issue to management.
  • Maintain the standards and formats defined by Strivik for reports, MIS, SOPs, flow charts, processes and any other planning sheets pertaining to consulting.
  • He/She will be responsible to monitor teams and their activities in the department/area at the client’s workplace on a daily basis.
  • He/She should upgrade himself/herself on industry knowledge and the entire functionality of the client’s business. He must also document the client’s competitive analysis for better decisions.
  • He/She has to manage task accountability and work delegation at the client’s workplace.
  • He/She must maintain a healthy relationship with all his/her clients and cross-sell other Strivik products and generate references for future business prospects.
  • He/She must attend Strivik’s trainings and other meetings as and when organized/required by the company.
  • He/She has to create and send various MIS to the management and adhere to the policies and processes of Strivik.
  • He/She must take feedback and document the same in a timely manner.
  • He/She must resolve complaints within defined TATs.
  • He/She must undertake any other task assigned by Strivik’s management.
