About The Role
We are looking for a skilled Senior Project Manager to join our global team at Civica India . Working alongside Project Delivery Managers and reporting to the Programme Manager, you will be accountable for managing the entire project scope, team, resources, and ensuring project success.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the successful completion of large and complex projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with relevant regulations, using best-in-class Project Management Processes and Standards.
This role will be measured by the following criteria: 85% of working hours to be billable; delivery of high quality product in accordance with our ISO 9001 Quality Management System.

You will be involved in the below mentioned activities:
- Ensuring that Projects are being initiated, delivered, measured, closed and handed over to support in a structured manner, which delivers a positive outcome
- Execute professional and effective planning and control of projects including regular monitoring, risk analysis and issues tracking, change control and contingency planning, to maintain the overall direction and integrity of the project
- Produce amp; maintain project schedules, work stream summaries, steering committee minutes and other deliverable documentation as required by the Civica project delivery methodology (PPM)
- Initiate and communicate exception handling and corrective actions
- Maintain continuous, proactive and effective communications with all Civica and customer personnel involved in the delivery of assigned projects including steering committee and status updates
- Advise on the available standards, methods, tools and applications relevant to own specialism and choose appropriately from the alternatives
- Work in a manner that embraces Civica culture and values, and participate where possible in all Central Services activities
- Actively monitor for, and seek, opportunities, new methods, trends, capabilities and products to the advancement of the project/company
Duties and responsibilities of your role may change from time to time to meet the needs and requirements of the business
Required Educational qualifications:
First class and above grade in BE/BTECH/MCA equivalent degree from a university of UGC accreted.
About You
We are looking for a highly capable and broadly experienced candidate, with commitment to work across boundaries and flexible to work within a matrix structure.
You come with an experience in:
- Project amp; Change Management: Extensive experience in delivering complex transformational infrastructure amp; Cloud projects with proven ability deploying and integrating new digital capabilities into the business in a way that is sensitive to and fully compatible with business operations.
- Relationship Management: The identification, analysis, management and monitoring of relationships with and between stakeholders
- Resource Management: Strong people engagement ability and proven ability to work with geographically dispersed teams in a productive manner to drive business improvement through to execution and manage the delivery of outcomes in line with agreed plans.
- Business Modelling: To be able to identify and articulate the different operational impacts on areas of the business during periods of change or multiple phases of a project.
