Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential new clients, and develop strategies to acquire their business.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by prospecting and closing new business deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, and provide excellent customer service to ensure repeat business.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns to attract new clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and new technologies to ensure our products and services remain competitive.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts.


Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to negotiate and close deals.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Must be a female candidate.
