Takeoff Technologies, a Massachusetts-based tech company, is the creator of the world’s first automated micro-fulfillment center (MFCs) that transforms the way people access groceries. Our solution provides retailers with the most cost-efficient way to fulfill their online grocery orders, using automated, hyperlocalmicro-fulfillment centers.
Takeoff utilizes micro fulfillment centers: small robotic warehouses that can be placed inside grocery stores to harness the power of automation. We are seeking a Contract Technical Recruiter to assist our Pune India location with immediate hiring of engineers, developers, tech support, Quality Assurance and SRE’s. We are adding a total of 50 engineers by year end.Responsibilities:
  • Creative sourcing on job boards and referrals executing full cycle recruiting which includes extensive market research and knowledge of the India market.
  • Build recruiting strategies and ensure alignment to the staffing plan.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to ensure proper talent is hired, including suggestions that best meet the business needs.
  • Work with US Senior Recruiter to ensure alignment on sourcing and recruitment.
Required Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of technical/engineering recruitment experience.
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to become a trusted advisor to management as well as be a true voice of Takeoff brand.
  • Impeccable attention to detail, organizational skills and the ability to navigate between several systems.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and quickly pivot from one task to another demonstrating excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Required Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration or related field.
