1Kosmos is looking for a Customer Success Manager to focus on retaining, building and growing our current customer base. This individual will work closely with the Sales and Product / Engineering Teams to make sure that our customers are up for success. This individual will also be instrumental in creating long-lasting partnerships and responsible for driving positive outcomes.
Job Duties:
- Oversee program delivery (On-Boarding, Implementations, transition to support)
- Create meaningful relationships and build trust among the customers within each key account.
- Develop and execute account strategies for the customers and deliver positive outcomes for the clients.
- Forecast and identify potential risks/issues and seek growth opportunities.
- Work with Product and Engineering team to relay feature requests and prioritize based on customer needs and overall roadmap
- Study the current customer needs, market activities, industry trends, and forecast product improvements
- Make sure that every customer gets the value that 1Kosmos promises to deliver to their customers.
Requirements
- Someone with overall 10 years of experience preferably from the identity space. Someone who has played multiple customer facing roles and is in program management.
- Experience in Project Management
- Background in Identity and Access Management is good to have
- Should be able to work well in a team environment and adapt with people from different walks of life.
- Previous implementation and/or Sales experience is a plus.
- Strong empathy for clients and passion for growth and revenue building
- Project Management Experience with the respect to planning, developing and executing projects
