Job Overview: Hello! We're looking for a highly motivated and skilled female City Manager Growth to join our team. As our City Manager Growth, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to promote and sell Glass amp; Aluminium work, interior design work, and Modular kitchen work to architects, interior designers, builders, developers, and individual house owners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, developers, and individual house owners.
• Identify new sales opportunities and develop sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Promote and sell Glass amp; Aluminium work, interior design work, and Modular kitchen work to potential customers.
• Create and deliver presentations and proposals to customers.
• Follow up with potential customers to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the company's products and services, industry trends, and competitors.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Attend trade shows and other industry events to network and generate leads.

Requirements

Experience: 2-3 years, MBA Freshers with Exceptional Communication and Outgoing personality would be considered.

Qualifications:

• We're looking for someone with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 2-5 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the real estate industry.
• You should have exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal skills are a must, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Experience in creating and delivering presentations and proposals to customers is a big plus.
• You'll need a valid driver's license, your own vehicle, and the ability to travel as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: 15,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month
