- Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify client's fitness level, preferences amp; goals - Develop personalized fitness plans that are tailored to each client's unique needs - Guide clients through workouts, providing encouragement and support to help them stay motivated amp; on track. - Monitor Progress and provide feedback to help clients make adjustments to their plan as needed. - Communicate with clients regularly, either through phone, video calls, or messaging to provide support amp; guidance. - Stay up to date on the latest fitness trends and techniques and be able to incorporate them into your coaching. - Must be a team player who's willing to learn amp; unlearn different fitness techniques and approaches.
Requirements
- Certified Personal Trainer (Preferably ACE, ACSM, NASM etc.) - Good communication skills - Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively - Must have practiced different exercise techniques - Basic knowledge of computers
