We are looking for a smart, dynamic, and energetic individual to join our growing company as a Sr. Executive - HR. You will be required to perform majorly hiring processes and minor necessary administrative tasks in the Human Resources department.
Hands-on experience of hiring using various social media platforms. Knowledge of recruitment portals. Maintain HR documentation (Personal Files/Leave records/Short leaves) Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department. Taking care of onboarding/off-boarding procedures for employees. Maintaining various google sheet reports. Preparing all relevant documents related to HR (Offer/Appointment letters/Tracking attendance) as per the process. Require to work on company automated software.
