Job Description

Under the direction of the CEO and Sales Leadership, you will lead marketing activities for Aloola. This role is responsible for developing, project managing, and executing online and offline marketing and communications strategies to increase brand awareness and generate demand.

This role requires someone who understands and has a strong interest in the digital analytics industry and has the ability to build strong relationships with Aloola’s partners and customers, fostering those relationships and knowledge into compelling, actionable, and measurable campaigns across paid, earned, shared, and owned media, events and more.

Finally, this role requires a self-starter who is eager to make an impact through their marketing and communications expertise.

Key responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Campaign development strategize, plan, and execute campaigns across paid, earned, shared, and owned media
  • Strategic support and content creation develop presentations, collateral and more to help sales and other parts of the business achieve success through polished and well-considered materials
  • Partner marketing build strong relationships with Aloola’s partners and customers and assisting the regional sales team when needed
  • Content produce well-written and well-considered content for social media, web articles, email, PR, webinars, sales presentations, and more
  • Events and tradeshows the lead person to manage events and sponsorship. Work with regional sales and business development to source, plan, and successfully execute online and offline tradeshows and events
  • Reporting define goals and KPIs, and leverage best practices to track, monitor, report, and improve campaign performance. Prepare and present reports on campaign success and deliverables.
  • Support support overall global marketing campaigns, channels, goals, and programs

Accountability

  • Make an impact strategically leverage paid, earned, shared, and owned media channels to generate leads and build brand awareness
  • Partner advocate build strong relations with Aloola’s partners and customers and provide good marketing value to them
  • Communicate proactively contribute to campaign strategy, execution, and reporting, and regularly report on progress, wins, opportunities, needs and more
  • Show results establish aggressive and imaginative marketing and communications goals to generate leads and build brand awareness

Requirements

  • B.S. with a preference for marketing or communications related field
  • MBA a plus, but not required
  • Minimum of 5 years communications and marketing experience in corporate communications, public relations and/or marketing. Experience in the digital analytics or technology industry is desirable.
