Job Summary:
An experienced and motivated Email Marketing Specialist to take charge of developing and executing engaging outbound email marketing campaigns that boost revenue. The aim for this role is to help the existing sales team by generating sales-qualified leads for the North American region.
Requirements
What do we expect you to do?
- Designing campaigns and automated emails while following brand guidelines
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team, copywriters and graphic designers on the overall email strategy
- Attention to detail on all assets created - double-checking spelling, alignment, and margins
Keeping strong organization with creative files - Researching new industry trends and ideas for improving design and layout skills
- Design amp; develop email templates including icon / UI creation and GIF
- Design email assets, slicing, resizing, and building templates
- QA testing emails (dark mode, mobile, outlook, etc)
- Oversee creative development and implementation of new email templates and redesign of existing templates
- Conduct A/B testing to optimise email campaigns
- Generate reports and analytics on the success of email
What are We looking for?
- Hands-on experience with B2B saas lead generation for the North American region.
- Our first dedicated Email marketer to set up processes, create a system that works and build a team to help expand sales.
- Excellent communication and conversational skills in English.
- Hands-on experience with Hubspot, Woodpecker/SalesLoft or similar tools.
- Experience in building amp; acquiring industry contact lists and using tools like Zoominfo, LeadIQ etc.
- 5+ years of experience in email marketing, preferably in the B2B or SaaS industry
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and principles
- Experience with email marketing platforms, such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Marketo
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS and email design principles
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and communicate data insights
- Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
