Managing Consultant - Analytics and Data Science - Remote (Chennai)

We are looking for a Managing Consultant who will be responsible for leading and delivering highly optimized analytics and data science solutions to our clients. This position will directly report to the CEO. The right candidate is highly proficient in leading client-facing analytics delivery and will be responsible for managing our Analytics and Data Science Consulting vertical.

The role is full-time and fully remote . Our work timings have some overlap hours with the teams/ clients in the U.S.

The final compensation will depend on your experience which includes the base, bonus, and incentives.

Requirements

• Build and deliver analytics and data science solution for clients. (hands-on)
• Manage POC delivery, convert to a recurring/retainer model, and identify opportunities for scaling
• Provide thought leadership to clients and manage day-to-day delivery by the execution team
• Hire, mentor, and manage data science and analytics delivery, teams
• Create engaging content on thought leadership in analytics
• Prospect Engagement
• Creating new revenue streams

Experience -

• 7+ years of experience in Analytics and Data Science with 3+ years in managing a team of at least 20 members (Start-up experience is preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in client engagement and end-to-end Project management
• Strong working knowledge of analytical tools, such as SQL, Python, and BI visualization tools (bonus points for hands-on experience building ML models)
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to drive collaboration between technical and non-technical teams
• Strong leadership skills

• Have a passion for finding insights in data and driving change
• Be able to engage with c-suite executives on a regular basis
• Be ready to learn and adopt new data science frameworks and methodologies.
