What You Will Do:

• Building responsive websites using PHP, WordPress 6 CMS, HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, JavaScript (ES6 amp; above)/jQuery and React JS
• Working with Acquia Platform for hosting sites
• Working with Automattic/WP-Engine Platform for hosting sites
• Creating WordPress 6 theme from Mock-ups / PSD

• Learn quickly, dive in and become familiar with project’s features and functionality.
• Meeting the goals and delivering the deliverables within deadlines without any slippages.
• Formulate an implementation plan amp; prepare estimates for the assigned activities/work items
• Participate/Lead in design discussions amp; client meetings
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical errors.
• Follow amp; Contribute to the organizational best practices/policies
• Contribute to the Center of Excellence

Requirements

Technical Skills You Will Bring:-

• 5 to 9 Years of Experience in Developing Web pages and Web sites in PHP 7.x and PHP 8.x using WordPress 5 and 6.
• Experience in creating custom WordPress 6 plugins.
• Experience in creating Gutenberg blocks using React JS.
• Experience in Development, Enhancements, and production support.
• Advanced site-building experience including deep familiarity with WordPress plugins.
• Knowledge on Composer, WP Console, VirtualBox/Vagrant/Docker, and MySQL.
• Experience in building content-focused WordPress theme solutions using React JS, PHP, JavaScript, and CSS on Linux hosted platform.
• Experience in WCAG website accessibility.
• Experience using SCM tools like Git and having exposure to with CI/CD.
• Good understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (e.g. Requirements, Design, Development, Testing) and exposure to Agile or iterative SDLCs.

Good to have:

• Experience with BitBucket / JIRA / Git Hub.
• Experience with Scrum and Kanban process.
• Has built responsive or mobile websites using WordPress.
• Has experience working with CDN Environments for Files Hosting (Ex: Amazon, Viola, Akamai etc).
• Experience working with Linux Environment.
• Have Good Knowledge on LAMP Stack.
• Experience working with On Page SEO support.
