Position Summary:

As a Decisions Developer you will be engaged in our client projects develop software solutions using the Decisions platform, frontend languages such as HTML amp; CSS as well as used WordPress to help customers achieve their UI/UX and content updating goals. With the use of our powerful no-code platform and industry standard frontend languages, we help customers drive digital transformation and competitive differentiation. Your primary responsibility will be to master the Decisions platform and build applications working closely with internal teams and our clients
Essential Functions/Priorities:
- Immediately impact clients by partnering throughout the entire life-cycle of projects to define, design, develop and implement custom software solutions using Decisions’ automation platform.
- Lead discussions with external clients to understand their business processes and technical needs.
- Propose conceptual technical solutions and make changes based on the client’s feedback in an Agile environment.
- Design, build and launch new relational data models in production, create wireframes and mock-ups for consideration using tools such as Lucid chart, Visio, etc.
- Develop APIs to integrate with multiple systems, design and develop UI components using Decisions No Code Platform and HTML, CSS. Use WordPress for content management and other requirements.
- Setup Integrations with third party tools using API and RESTful Services
- Collaborate with client’s technical teams and business users as needed throughout the entire software development life cycle.
- Skilled at working with clients to define business processes and gather functional and technical system requirements.
- Not an order taker; asks why questions and solve the right problems.
- Passionate about technology and enjoys continuously learning.
- Successful on cross-functional teams; has built products using agile methodologies.
- An excellent communicator and is comfortable presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences. Must be comfortable working independently with people across cultures and countries.
What You Will Bring To The Team
- Proficient working knowledge of REST APIs and other web services
- Knowledge of related applications, relational database and web technology
- Experience with SQL Server, JSON, CSS, HTML, and WordPress
- Ability to communicate complex concepts / use cases with multiple teams in a clear and professional manner
- Ability to architect a process and build Data Models and Entity Relationships around it
- Knowledge of BPM tools and No Code Development is a plus
- Ability to comprehend and understand cross-industry use cases
- Ability to produce POCs with a quick turnaround time and include changes amp; enhancements as and when needed
- Ability to design must-have and good-to-have features amp; functionalities as part of the POC that might or might not be part of the requirements to give the Sales team a competitive edge
- Must be a self-starter and a team player

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics or related field/degree 2
- 5+ years experience with development or technical consulting
- Agile software development practices, pair programming, stand-ups, planning sessions, and sprints
- Knowledge of relational database design or database modeling helpful
