Job Description


Recruitment and Retention:

  1. Develop and oversee a recruitment process.
  2. Create the job description, do the necessary job posting on the portal, screen CVs, conduct telephone screenings, coordinate for conducting personal interviews with the respective departments.
  3. Oversee and manage the new hire orientation and exit process.

Payroll and Budget:

  1. Updating attendance and Coordinate with the third party for the preparation of monthly Payroll.
  2. Review employee final payments for accuracy and generating salary sheets and payslips

Administration:

  1. Ensure smooth running of all administrative functions in office.
  2. Managing Annual maintenance contracts (AMC) amp; coordinating with the respective Vendors.
  3. Ensuring Insurance Renewals amp; Endorsements related to Employees like Group Accident Policy amp; Group Medical Policy as we Company / Site Insurances.
  4. Maintaining Monthly Budgets.

Employee Relations amp; Operations:

  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing their grievances or other issues
  • Handle employee engagement, communication and employee programs
  • Ensure proper documentation and file management for all functional operations including maintaining the personal files of all employees, probation/ confirmation letters, etc., and prepare functional MIS.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • People oriented and results driven with Good Analytical skills.
  • Proven working experience as HR manager
  • Bachelors/ Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field
