• Manage our customer relationship management system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
• Analyse customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer engagement and retention
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure CRM strategies align with business goals
• Support to team members and cooperate with customers

Requirements

We are seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to join our team! As a CRM, you will be responsible for managing our customer relationship management system and helping us create meaningful interactions with our customers.

Requirements:

• Should be graduate or postgraduate in business or related site
• 0-1 years of experience in CRM or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in CRM software
• Can be able to communicate with customers through calls, messages and emails.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
