Team
The Moderation Platform team is responsible for developing and managing moderation related tools and features for Customer Service (CS) division to ensure Trust and Safety for mercari Marketplace as well as Fintech users.
Currently, we have the following team in Mercari India:
Mod Platform - India: Responsible for developing and managing moderation related tools and features specially in Item moderation. Also, the team will be responsible for continuous enhancement of the tool and features in collaboration with CS division as the Fraud pattern keeps changing.
Role
We are looking for a Technical Product Manager for the Moderation Platform team in India, under the Trust and Safety division, who has a strong background in Product management including requirements gathering from end users, check feasibility with engineers, schedule the delivery timeline, UX designing and coordinate until delivery. Someone who is experienced in creating product strategy with long term product road maps. Also, It would be an added advantage if the candidate is familiar with fraud trends in E-com and fintech industries as well as anti-fraud tools and systems.
