· Advice/ Counsel students regarding various universities, courses, admission requirements, entrance exams, and scholarships for Indian students.

· Provide information on desired courses information based on needs amp; aspirations.

· Provide telephonic counseling to the leads of all resources amp; invite them to walk into the office for counseling.

· Assist students with visa requirements for different countries

· Meet foreign university delegates.

· Liaising with universities and university officers.

Requirements

• Strong inter-personnel skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and concisely to customers.
• Must be a team player.
• Must be able to handle clients over the phone and in-person.
• Experience in updating leads to CRM or Excel.
• The ability to multi-task in a demanding environment.
• Excellent written amp; communication amp; good Knowledge of the industry.
• Good Relation Building skills with Client
