It is a multi-category e-commerce platform, operating across categories such as Fashion, Footwear and Accessories, Beauty, and Luxury. It has a unique omnichannel marketplace model offering customers the convenience of quicker delivery (by shipping from store), easy pick-up and returns, across 1,200+ brands and 1,000 stores in 100+ Indian towns and cities.

Responsibilities:· Responsible for key financial processes like Planning, Management Reporting (Including detailed analysis of revenue/Cost/Margin) and Month end close.· Enhance and automate consolidation and analytical frameworks for more efficient, relevant, and timely reporting.· Drive continuous improvement in reporting and information sharing processes.· Develop financial models and metrics and provide adhoc data.· Manage the Month Close process which includes consolidation and reporting of actuals with explanations of variances vs. budget and forecast.· Help management make important decisions based on costs and benefits (e.g., investments, market growth, pricing changes)· Conduct market research to support future business planning.· Work on accruals and cost allocations with Finance Business support team.· Prepare Actual spend Schedules for MIS file.· Partner with Statutory Auditors and help on any beauty business related query. · Prioritize and plan adhoc analysis requests, ensuring the deliverables are per company guidelines.· Highlight inefficiencies and work closely with Tata CLiQ FPamp;A team on cost saving projects.Requirements:· Minimum 5 years of experience CA/MBA Finance· Knowledge of Finance /Accounting Principles and Processes· Ability to leverage technology to simplify, improve and innovate finance processes and systems.· Excellent written and verbal communication skills and able to present ideas clearly· Advanced analytical skills·<
