Job Responsibility: • • Finalization of Accounts . • Ensuring timely accounting of all invoices accurately amp; processing payment as per due date amp; fund availability• Analyzing vendor ageing amp; expense GL on monthly basis amp; presenting in review meeting. • Raising concerns over cost variance to respective departments amp; present to management with reasoning • Preparing budget vs. actual Capex amp; Opex, presenting same in management review. • Reconcile GST credit report amp; follow up with vendor for any mismatch amp; get same resolved • Handling Quarterly, Yearly internal amp; statutory Audit • Handling Fixed Asset Accounting amp; register. • Handling cost center amp; profit Centre master data management• Responsible for proper adherence to taxation and all provisions • Manage cashflow on weekly and monthly basis and add predictability to monthly burn. • Responsible for all compliances including TDS, GST with monthly payments and filing of returns• Work on all queries related to AP function. • Responsible for bank reconciliation.Qualification amp; Experience : • Qualified Chartered Accountant or MBA Finance with a minimum of 3+ years of experience• Experience of 3+ years in accounting, taxation, and reporting • Experience in Zoho preferable. • Experience in excel, word • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must • Startup experience in venture-backed startups is a big plus • Have all that it takes to succeed in a startup environment - flexibility, working beyond the call of duty, ability to multitask and deliver under pressure, and a high level of ownershipThe opportunities we have are perfect for highly motivated and talented candidates.We are looking for candidates who have a strong passion for customers, a high level of comfort with uncomfortable transparency, and a keen sense of ownership and drive to deliver results.So QUiQ - PiQ CliQ before the opportunity is missed.
