Our APIs and platform deal with over 145 billion engagements annually. Sinch, 2nd largest cPaaS and messaging provider in the world is looking for a Executive/Senior Executive - Technical Support at its Noida (India) location.

The essence of the role
- As our new ROLE you should have:
- Coordinate with sales and Clients for DLT registration documents.
- Validate OPF/PO / Agreements before processing.
- Manage Sales force workflow and assign tickets to relevant stake holder.
- Track the progress of new accounts.
- Ensure New Account release checklist is followed.
- Monitor the traffic and Error reported during troubleshooting.
- Maintain and share the new account release progress, with internal and external stake holders.
- Ensure SLA and TAT for New Account release is achieved and raise the flag before any breach of TAT.
- Moderates daily stand-up call between technical support team, Nam team and Customer success team.
- Maintain and update access forms and documents required for ISO and other Audits
