- The Brand Executive implements plans and initiatives relating to the brand, customer experience and loyalty in order to drive the organisation's brand equity.
- He/She is also responsible for conducting market research activities to forecast emerging market needs that are relevant for the organisation.
- Analyse market trends and development that may impact offline marketing activities.
- Assess alternate market research channels.
- Conduct research to identify emerging trends of consumers.
- Design, collect and analyse customer satisfaction and feedback.
- Execute activities to communicate business value proposition to customers.
- Execute customer loyalty plans.
- Forecast emerging market needs.
- Generate creative materials, templates and collaterals.
- Generate customer awareness.
Requirements
Any PG Degree with Relevant Experience in Same field of Education industry.
Min - 1-2 yrs of Experience is required
