Skills Required:

Good and Excellent communication skills are required.

Candidates having Experience in sales profile or calling profile will prefer.

Good Convincing skills are needed.

Experience / 12th Pass/ Graduate Can apply.

No joining fee, direct joining in the company.

We are hiring a medium-level and experience

What employees get:-

Salary up to 20 K to 30K in hand

Incentives are unlimited twice (On floor daily incentives + monthly incentives will be given)

Weekly parties are conducted if we hit the goal as a team

Agents are entitled to be officially promoted as a TL or Manager if their attendance, work discipline, and performance will be maintained for 6-8 months.

Requirements

• To find fresh sales opportunities through inbound calls, outbound cold calls, or email.
• In the Tele calling job, the individual needs to answer the queries of the customer by understanding their need and requirements.
• To route opportunities to the concerning department for further development and deal closure.
• To connect with the potential customer or the businesses via telephone to promote products or services or to for charitable causes.
• To ask for orders over the telephone for goods and services.
• To explain the benefits of the products or services to potential clients.
• To deliver the scripted sales pitch to the customer and to adjust the same as per the specific individuals.
• To provide pricing details of the products or services.
