Allucent is looking for an experienced analyst in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365) to support, enhance, and implement new capabilities to support the Finance organization. The ideal candidate understands finance business processes and is an expert at configuring and supporting these requirements in D365.
Key Responsibilities:
- Incident and problem management; triage and troubleshooting; coordination with vendors.
- Identify and implement system configurations and enhancements (technical and functional).
- Lead projects and implement new functionality
- Define, implement, and maintain the security model.
- Manage and/or maintain the D365 environment include vendor updates and general release planning.
- Acts as a liaison between end users, IT, Finance and Senior Management to develop corporate strategies and direction for applications.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in supporting and implementing D365 Famp;O.
- Overall, 10+ years of experience in implementing and using leading ERP packages like Oracle, Workday, SAP.
- Solid understanding of finance business processes.
- Strong verbal/written communication, presentation skills and interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of BI tools (preferably Power BI)
- Technical understanding of the D365 Famp;O data model and the ability to build reports.
