What do we do:

Verifying ‘who they say they are’ online, right from the Nigerian prince scams to email-imposters who claim to be the company's CEO - the problem is ever evolving and growing along with the internet's growth. Thus, building the Identity Infrastructure for Internet scale is indeed a critical step to empower new-age businesses to grow. We’ve solved this challenge really well amp; validated the identities of 650+ million customers until date (More than 7% of the world’s population)

Outcomes expected:

  • Delivering 200 Sales Qualified opportunities resulting into at least $500k of MRR before 31st December, 2023
  • Creating training program, metrics based review and coaching system for BDRs 1 month from joining
    • Working with data to constantly increase output from the team
    • Work with the management to drive further optimization of metrics, consistently working on improvements in quality, conversion, and process adherence
  • Refine playbook for the team on a regular basis
  • Hiring at least 3 BDRs, three months from joining

Requirements

  • 2+ years of leading teams experience
  • Proven track record as an Outbound Sales Manager in a fast growing SAAS company
  • Inspiring personality and amazing interpersonal and team management skills
  • Hands on experience with CRM and other necessary softwares
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving attitude
