As a Senior Business Analyst you will:

• Understand customer requirements and work towards a feasible solution.
• Iterative collection of requirements in close collaboration with Customer and Business Analysts in the Australia/UK.
• Eliciting and documenting client requirements, producing user stories and acceptance criteria that follow a user-centred design approach.
• Work closely with the product team and development team to design solutions to client’s business requirements, and solving problems as the need arises.
• Be responsible for arranging meetings and facilitating workshops with existing and prospective clients to discuss their business needs, understanding business drivers and communicating these with the wider team.
• Maintain longer-term vision for the product, Analysing the requirement, helping ensure the team focuses on the most important issues first, thereby ensuring the team continually delivers real value to the customer.
• Provide the team with face to face feedback to direct development.

Requirements

Candidate must have 8+ Relevant Years of experience as a Business Analyst

Collaborated closely with overseas Clients/Stakeholders - 8 Years

Performed Requirements Elicitation/Gathering - 8 Years

Documentation of Requirements (SRS, FSD, User Stories) - 8 Years

Experienced in Wireframing/Prototyping - 8 Years

Relevant BA experience in SDLC is 8+ years

1+ Year of experience of leading BA team of at least 1+ BAs
