As a Senior Business Analyst you will:
- Understand customer requirements and work towards a feasible solution.
- Iterative collection of requirements in close collaboration with Customer and Business Analysts in the Australia/UK.
- Eliciting and documenting client requirements, producing user stories and acceptance criteria that follow a user-centred design approach.
- Work closely with the product team and development team to design solutions to client’s business requirements, and solving problems as the need arises.
- Be responsible for arranging meetings and facilitating workshops with existing and prospective clients to discuss their business needs, understanding business drivers and communicating these with the wider team.
- Maintain longer-term vision for the product, Analysing the requirement, helping ensure the team focuses on the most important issues first, thereby ensuring the team continually delivers real value to the customer.
- Provide the team with face to face feedback to direct development.
Requirements
Candidate must have 8+ Relevant Years of experience as a Business Analyst
Collaborated closely with overseas Clients/Stakeholders - 8 Years
Performed Requirements Elicitation/Gathering - 8 Years
Documentation of Requirements (SRS, FSD, User Stories) - 8 Years
Experienced in Wireframing/Prototyping - 8 Years
Relevant BA experience in SDLC is 8+ years
1+ Year of experience of leading BA team of at least 1+ BAs
