Reporting to the Director, the position will be responsible for:
Building, developing and leading the procurement function
Developing and implementing profitable sourcing strategies
Discovering profitable suppliers and initiating business partnerships
Negotiating favourable terms with suppliers and ensuring timely payment to suppliers and timely delivery to clients
Executing vendor contracts and managing risks associated with supplier contracts and agreements
Conducting extensive primary and secondary research to stay up-to-date with the industry trends
The Successful Applicant
An ideal candidate would be a sourcing and procurement expert with a technical and functional understanding of the Constrcution amp; Interior industry. They must have experience in constructionamp; Interior material procurement with a strong network of small to large-sized suppliers/ vendors. They must have experience in handling costing and purchasing and should have handled a good amount of spent. They should have high integrity, and ethics and should be a good team player.
