Responsibilities 'Business as Usual' problems resolution and support of client queries. This will involve:
1. In-depth investigation and analysis of client problems 2. Communication of analysis to client and FDI technical and business staff 3. Analysis of solutions provided by technical staff 4. Consultation on how to test solutions 5. Detailed communication to clients on progress and resolution
- Primary contact for clients for all their day to day issues - Undertake Service Reviews with client - Will be required to travel to client sites on a monthly basis - Will be asked to participate in training existing staff - High standard reporting and issues tracking ability. - Provide data analysis and statistics. - Involvement and support of client projects
