About the Role
- Hiring Partnerships Associate (HPA) will be a part of the Skilling business vertical within apna. As apna is a jobs marketplace, every skilling cohort, program, or course launched by apna will have assured jobs or placements.
- HPA will play a crucial role in ensuring that the candidates who are a part of the courses are made to succeed - job placements + meeting career aspirations
Responsibilities
- HPA will be the owner of providing job opportunities to our candidates who undergo training
- Map candidates to the right opportunities
- Conceptualize, execute and develop strategic alliances with renowned companies.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key executives and decision-makers in the partner's organisation, with a primary focus on business expansion
- Grow the relationship and revenue potential with the strategic partners
- Drive lead generation efforts across Linkedin and other platforms to drive sales growth
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in B2B Partnerships (Edtech/similar background preferred)
- High ownership and accountability
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and output-driven environment
- Proven ability to develop relationships, negotiate, coordinate and problem solve with external partners
- Team player and a strong people person
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
