About the Role

• Operations Associate will be a part of the Skilling business vertical within apna. As apna is a jobs marketplace, every skilling cohort, program, or course launched by apna will have assured jobs or placements.
• Operations Associate will be responsible for students' experience, engagement and placement. They will own the entire curriculum delivery.

Responsibilities

• Work Closely with the Training team and ensure set objectives are met by the candidates - lecture attendance, giving assignments, assessments etc.
• Work closely with the training team to provide fruitful feedback and own the overall batch performance.

• Ensure 100% Placement-ready candidates, by the end of the course.
• Make sure that candidate experience is maintained in and outside the batch | Reflection NPS.
• Building relationships with the candidates, understanding what they need to achieve, strategising and executing plans accordingly.
• Manage candidate community, provide active support, troubleshoot queries, and handle escalations.
• Manage and overlook responsibilities among multiple stakeholders and ensure efficient and timely delivery of outcomes.

• 1-2 years of experience in candidate coordination (EdTech experience preferred)
• High ownership and accountability
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced and output-driven environment
• Willing to make calls and be responsible for communication as and when necessary
• Basic Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
• Good communication skills - Proficiency in English and Hindi (Spoken amp; Written)
• Strong Decision Making and analytical skills
