We are looking for an Growth And Strategy Intern. Our small fast growing team working directly with our founders across a wide variety of strategic and operational topics. You’ll be handed difficult problems to solve with the aim to deliver impeccable solutions in a fast-paced and ultra-ambitious environment.
This position involves a variety of tasks, including performing market research, carry out analysis, design solutions, look for growth opportunities, and drive initiatives. If you’re a creative, goal-oriented professional, we would like you to be part of our team and share innovative ideas to achieve our targets.
This is a paid position, and we are looking for candidates that can be 100% dedicated, working full time for six months or more.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement marketing strategies aligned with business targets
- Analyze sales and marketing metrics
- Forecast and research market trends
- Research market to identify new opportunities
- Generate innovative ideas to promote our brand and our products
- Create well-designed presentation and pitch decks
Requirements
- Experience working in a high-growth, venture-backed startup, or a top tier management consulting firm
- Advanced experience in PowerPoint and any graphic design software (e.g. Canva, Photoshop)
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Ability to see the big picture and simultaneously dive into details
- Ability to take initiative and carry out tasks
- Excellent communication: ability to write concise, understandable and grammatically correct content for highly professional audience
- A deep understanding of digital marketing is essential
- Nice to have: experience in fintech and/or B2B SaaS
