As our HR Intern We are looking to employ an enthusiastic and self-driven intern to assist the EX department with administrative and HR-related tasks.

• Maintaining amp; tracking attendance across the organization.
• Send weekly attendance reports to the respective stakeholders.
• Assist with preparing various kings of letters for visas, address proof, etc.
• Assist in keeping HR records updated, maintained, and audited.
• Assist in organizing amp; executing the employee engagement activities/Company events
• Assist in EX projects as may be required from time to time
• Coordinating new hire orientations

Requirements

• Good communication skills. Should be able to collaborate across teams
• Understanding of professional HR process and practices
• Good HR systems knowledge and experience, with a willingness to learn
• Resilient and adaptable, with a can do attitude
• Good organisational skills
• A strong team player
• Proficiency in MS Office Products (Excel, Gmail, G-suite).
