Job description

• Making outbound and Receiving Inbound calls with B2C Domestic and International.
• Map defined geography by Researching, Identifying, Calling amp; Emailing potential clients on daily basis.
• Generate leads and setup appointments.
• Product presentation and explanation.
• Build a strong relationship / trust with customers by understanding the customer requirements and suggesting the right product to the Customers.
• Setup appointments over the phone and achieve the targeted sales numbers amp; value, set quality parameters
• Explaining the product features in detail and how to use.
• Understand the Customer requirements and educate the customers.
• Address all the issues / grievances of customers and provide the right customer experience.
• Capture the insights from customer interactions and share it with the internal team.
• Strictly adhere to the process requirements
• Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
• Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
• Maintaining a pleasant working environment for your team.
• Promote and maintain positive relations with all contacts, customers and potential customers Promotes the products and services; consistently cross-sells and Up-sells products at every opportunity.
• Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
• Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.

Required Candidate profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 0 to 3 years experience in Customer support and/or Sales.
• Inbound and Outbound customer service and/or sales experience
• Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to read, write and speak, English, Hindi and Telugu languages .
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
• Can coordinate with multiple internal teams
• Excellent computer knowledge and research skills
• Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable.
• Willingness to work in rotational shift (including night shift)
