Job Description
- Handling cross border taxation amp; compliance - US amp; India
- Financial control and policies development
- Generating reports for Board, Shareholders and Internal CXOs
- Manage relationships with US amp; Indian accountancy firms
- Support CEO in fundraising cycles and prepare operating plan, projections and budget
- Manage relationships and respond to requests from Investing Partners - VC Funds, Hedge Funds and Angel Groups
- Share monthly reports with the shareholders
- Prepare reports for - Expense reports, ARR MRR reports amp; projections
Requirements
- US accounting and compliance with working experience of 5 yrs
- Must be CA Qualified having a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience
- Ready to join a High growth organisation
- Advanced MS Excel knowledge
- Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail
- Integrity, with an ability to handle confidential information
- Strong Computer skills viz., Microsoft Office skills and exposure to working in an ERP environment preferably Tally(India) and Quickbooks(US).
- Capable of working under tight deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with several stakeholders
- Demonstrated analytical, conceptual and critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Provides guidance, and leadership and manages the team effectively
