• Project / Program Admin skills
  • Highly organized personally.
  • Presents professionally.
  • Able to maintain project-level organization across multiple projects.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Familiar with basic to intermediate level project management concepts, including task lists and outlines, timelines/Gantt charts, and task dependencies.
  • Comfortable with engaging people and speaking in a team setting.
  • Self starter (i.e., can stay on task without complete/constant oversight).
  • Proficient with standard Microsoft products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint.
  • Proficient with, working knowledge of, or can learn quickly Microsoft Lists, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Project for Web, OneNote, Vizio, and other Office 365 applications.
  • Proficient in taking and organizing meeting notes.
• IT Skills
  • Must have
    • General technical aptitude (i.e., has a natural tendency toward technology and, specifically, software applications). In other words, doesn’t run from using/learning software systems.
  • Nice to have
    • Salesforce CRM experience or familiarity.
    • Salesforce PSA experience or familiarity.
    • FinancialForce (FFA) experience or familiarity
    • FinancialForce PSA experience or familiarity.
    • Intermediate to strong knowledge of IT support skills, such as Microsoft 365 administration, networking, computers, telecommunications, basic IT troubleshooting, cyber security.
    • Knowledge of or experience with basic business process concepts.
  • Not necessary
    • Programming/Coding experience (neither heavy or light programming).
• Other requirements
  • Able and willing to keep ET or CT work hours.
