We are looking for Staff Accountant to join our Finance team. You will work closely with Fortanix's Financial Controller as well as other Finance team members to manage day to day accounting operations amp; other projects related to finance organization.
Requirements
- Performing day to day finance operations of Group Entities (US, India, Singapore) AP, Employee Reimbursements, Credit Card amp; Bank Reconciliations
- Vendor onboarding and maintain repository of Vendor Contracts
- Owing Month end Reconciliations related to vendor accounts, AP etc.
- Preparing amp; providing payroll inputs as well as preparing Payroll working for multiple entities
- Independently handling payroll, reimbursements, and other queries of Employee across Geos
- Coordinating with Outsource payroll, tax amp; accounting consultants including review their work
- Year end Audit Support
- Assisting in implementation of ERP and other reporting tools
- Other adhoc task as assigned from time to time
Qualification amp; Experience
- Graduate or post graduate degree in Commerce/ Accounting amp; Finance
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Good accounting knowledge amp; experience
- Proficient in MS excel
- ERP experience - QuickBooks, NetSuite or Tally
- Able to work independently and prompt on work responsibilities
- Inclination towards ERP amp; other tools optimization and automation
