• Preparing Annual Operating Plan (AOP) of the business
• Deep dive into unit economics
• Prepare financial forecasts based on past, current, and forecasted trends and financial conditions.
• Measure accuracy of forecast by comparing against actuals amp; AOP and identify reasons for variance.
• Build dashboards for regular reviews for management
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports for C-leaders and align them with their current financial performance.
• Lead development of management reporting products through enterprise applications and implement improvements such as automation of reports.
• Providing support to business units for all their financial requests covering data analysis

Must Have:

• MBA having 5-8 years experience
• Experience in writing SQL queries
• Advance knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint, FPamp;A tools such as Looker.

Good to Have:

• Previous experience in working in ECommerce/FMCG/Retail business
• Previous experience of working in a fast-paced start-up
