Roles and Responsibilities -

• Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
• Determining selection criteria.
• Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
• Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.

Requirements

Eligibility -

Minimum experience - 6 months (Ed Tech preferred)

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Exceptional listening and analytical skills.

Solid time management skills.

Must be able to effectively deal with people at all levels inside and outside of the

organization.

Remuneration - As per industry standards.
