The essence of the role

As our new ROLE you will:

• Assist Internal and External stakeholders with all DLT related tasks
• Provide Demos to clients
• Work as one of the dedicated resources for Managed Service
• Monitor Traffic and work on actionable tasks
• Provide support to cross-functional teams
• Candidates working location-Noida
• Availability to work in 24*7 shifts
• Willing to work from Office.

Who are you?

In order to contribute to this role, you have:

• 0-2 Years of Experience in Tech Support/Client Handling
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Flair for customer support
• Basic understanding of technology
• Hands on experience in MS-Office

• Telecom Background
