The essence of the role
As our new ROLE you will:
- Assist Internal and External stakeholders with all DLT related tasks
- Provide Demos to clients
- Work as one of the dedicated resources for Managed Service
- Monitor Traffic and work on actionable tasks
- Provide support to cross-functional teams
- Candidates working location-Noida
- Availability to work in 24*7 shifts
- Willing to work from Office.
Who are you?
In order to contribute to this role, you have:
- 0-2 Years of Experience in Tech Support/Client Handling
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flair for customer support
- Basic understanding of technology
- Hands on experience in MS-Office
