Roles and Responsibilities includes -
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator maintenance, Client nurture operations
- HubSpot lead qualification operations
- Coach, provide guidance and support the teams in the adoption of the tools and methodologies in the PMO process
- Support to ensure predictable, consistent, and successful Pitch delivery
- Track progress of Testing deliverables through milestones
- Coordination with all stakeholders (internal) to ensure the project pitching process is established and runs smoothly
- Prepare pitching schedule, RACI chart and monitor on daily basis while pitching
- Coordinate and ensure RFP deliverables are captured in pitching deck
- Organize deck reviews with stakeholders (internal)
- Ensure complete pitching records are maintained and communicated to all stakeholders (internal)
- Record lessons learned from project pitching cycle
- Coordinate and ensure prequalification documents, infographics, company details are updated and centralized for easy access and pitching
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure the contract is signed post win
- Ensure all bid management processes are maintained, updated and implemented as per company requirements.
