The Role
You will work on key projects to drive growth of BrowserStack’s self-serve business. Self-serve channel refers to the revenue from customers who prefer to buy online after experiencing the product themselves (product led and not sales executive led). The strategies used to grow consist of product, monetisation and marketing initiatives. You will analyse data, synthesise insights, build strategy, and experiment continuously across multiple products to build best in-class experience for BrowserStack users.

- Drive self-serve business growth through product led initiatives
- Help with business planning and deliver results to drive growth
- Analyze unstructured, ambiguous and complex challenges facing the organisation making judicious use of qualitative and quantitative data; gather insights, define problems and identify underlying opportunities
- Work with design/product/support/engineering teams to test hypotheses continuously to identify solutions that deliver best user experience
- Build consensus amongst different stakeholders and drive the optimum solution for the business
- Evaluate and track key performance indicators
- Assist leadership in long term planning for business growth
Requirements
- At least 2-4 years of relevant experience in high growth technology companies or similar experience at a management consulting firm
- Structured thinking, strong problem-solving skills with a solid business sense
- Proficiency in analytics and ability to develop actionable insights using data
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, rapidly iterate and manage communications with different functions in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Experience of working in a core tech company is a plus
- Comfortable with ambiguity and willingness to take ownership to drive outcomes in an amorphous environment
