For Nium, compliance products strive to deliver excellent onboarding and transactional experience while playing a guardian’s role for Product integrity. The Compliance products transcend across global Open Money platform for Send, Spend and Receive with the objective of providing a seamless customer experience while managing the regulatory requirements in over
200+ countries. We are looking for an experienced compliance product champion to help build our future proof Compliance Platform that is scalable, agile amp; elastic to address the everchanging payments regulatory landscape while keep customer experience at heart.
Requirements
Where do you come into the picture?
You will join our Compliance product team and lead the creation and expansion of our compliance capabilities in geographic spread across all Nium offerings. In order to accomplish this, you’ll partner with Compliance Officers to get a handle on varying regulatory requirements in markets for different payment acceptance options across our retail, institutional amp; small business
customer segments, thus unlocking a well thought compliance product roadmap. As a primary owner of the compliance roadmap, you will partner with your tech stakeholders to execute and deliver customer delighting features that will reduce the overall cost of compliance for Nium. You will also lead a scrum team to integrate with external partners as well as develop internal platform capabilities.
What would a day in your life @ Nium look like?
- You will interact with the different product groups and business groups to understand payments acceptance requirements of our customers.
- You will research payment acceptance methods in geographies of interest and reach out to prospective partners through internal and external references
- You will create requirements for integrating with such acceptance methods into the inward payment processor and maintain a roadmap of such integrations.
- You will work with a team of solution architects amp; engineers to develop against the requirements in an Agile environment. This team is mission critical to your success.
- You will work with other product, functional amp; technology stakeholders to create efficiency, reliability amp; speed in the acceptance transaction processing
- An essential part of your role would be creating, measuring amp; monitoring metrics against the efficient, reliability amp; speed goals as well as reporting out the roadmap amp; metrics to the leadership team.
- Of course you would research the competition, both direct amp; indirect to know the latest and the greatest, in a quest to bring in new ideas amp; products.
